We offer different programmes - single or multiple session format; learning or more interactive - all of which include therapeutic guided relaxation.
These programmes are designed to explore various topics, including Hypnotherapy, Stress Management, Anxiety Reduction, Resilience, and more. These sessions can be particularly helpful for groups in schools, offices, community centres and mental health and wellbeing centres.
Each session is carefully designed to provide attendees with valuable information, practical techniques, and culminates in a guided relaxation to help them feel relaxed, calm, and centered. There is also the option to have sessions with just the guided relaxation.
Whether you're looking for ways to manage stress, reduce anxiety, or build resilience, our programmes are tailored to meet the needs of the group.
